筑牢安全防线 守护生命之光｜中创盈科集团总部成功开展全员安全急救培训

为进一步强化员工安全意识，提升应急救护能力，5月23日，中创盈科集团总部成功组织安全急救知识培训。本次活动由物业管理中心统筹实施，通过"理论讲解+实操演练+互动问答"三维教学模式，为参训人员带来一堂生动实用的安全知识必修课。
01 专业授课夯实安全根基
活动伊始，物业管理中心安全监督符主管化身专业讲师，通过生动的卡通绘画，围绕办公室安全展开讲解。他从办公室用电规范、消防设施使用及突发事件逃生路线等细致阐述7大办公室安全注意事项。
同时深入解读5S管理理念，强调通过整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养五个环节，规范办公环境，消除潜在安全隐患。此外，他还重点讲解心肺复苏术（CPR）的理论知识，从急救黄金时间到判断患者意识、呼吸的方法，为后续实操练习奠定理论基础。
02 情景演练掌握急救技能
理论学习结束后，物业管理中心安全促进员借助橡胶人体模型，将心肺复苏术的操作步骤逐一拆解演示。
从环境评估、意识判断到胸外按压、人工呼吸，每个动作均辅以科学数据说明。口述步骤配合规范操作，使抽象的急救知识变得直观易懂。
参训人员也上台进行沉浸式演练，物业管理中心团队全程"一对一"指导，及时纠正按压深度、频率等关键细节，确保每位学员掌握30:2的标准施救比例。
03 多元互动深化培训成效
为巩固培训成果，课程最后设置知识问答环节。问题涵盖办公室安全常识、5S管理要点和心肺复苏术关键步骤，员工们积极抢答，现场气氛热烈。
作为深耕多年的产业地产开发及运营服务商，中创盈科集团始终将安全管理视为生命线。本次培训是集团2025年安全筑基系列行动的重要环节。
